This agreement is made between Nathalie Nicolet, operating under Edu Gap Solutions (hereinafter referred to as 'the Consultant'), and the Client (hereinafter referred to as 'the Client').
The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Consultant will provide educational consulting services to the Client.
1. Services Provided
The Consultant agrees to assist the Client in finding suitable educational institutions for their child/children based on the Client's needs and preferences. Services may include consultation, school recommendations, application guidance, and coordination with schools.
2. Fees & Payment
The Consultant provides these services free of charge to the Client. Compensation for the Consultant’s work will be provided directly by the educational institutions with which the Consultant collaborates.
3. Term & Termination
The agreement begins on the above date and remains in effect until services are completed or terminated by either party with written notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with (7) days' written notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant is not responsible for any decisions made by the Client regarding school selection or enrollment. Furthermore, the Consultant is not liable for any disputes, issues, or dissatisfaction arising between the Client and any educational institution, including but not limited to academic performance, conduct, fees, or any other matter. The consultant is not responsible for school admission outcomes.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing educational consulting services.
6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By continuing, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined above.
